These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any Gear Rental, Box Lunch or other request made through Natales Outdoor. By submitting a request through this website, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Natales Outdoor is operated by Inversiones Do Patagonia SpA, RUT 77.883.064-7, based in Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region, Chile. SERNATUR registration number 61995. Contact: [email protected].

How requests work

Submitting a form on this website is a request, not an automatic reservation or purchase. Once we receive your request, we check availability for your dates and follow up by email with confirmation and a secure payment link. Your order or rental is only confirmed once payment has been completed through that link.

We do our best to respond promptly, but availability is not guaranteed until we confirm it in writing by email.

Gear Rental

Gear Rental requests are arranged locally in Puerto Natales for the dates you specify. Rental pricing is calculated based on the items selected and the number of days requested, and is shown as an estimate before you submit your request; final pricing is confirmed by email. Delivery is limited to accommodations within Puerto Natales.

You are responsible for the reasonable care of any rented equipment during your trip and for returning it in the condition it was provided, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear may be charged to you.

Box Lunches

Box Lunch requests are arranged locally through our suppliers in Puerto Natales for the date and quantity you specify. We do not prepare or cook food ourselves. Delivery is limited to accommodations within Puerto Natales. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies in your request; while we do our best to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Payment

Payment is made through a secure, third-party payment link sent to you by email after your request is confirmed. We do not collect payment card details directly through this website.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed rental or order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Refund eligibility depends on how close to your dates the change is requested, and will be communicated to you individually by email at the time of confirmation.

Limitation of liability

Outdoor trekking involves inherent risks. Natales Outdoor arranges gear rental and food logistics but is not responsible for how equipment is used on the trail, for weather conditions, for park or trail closures, or for decisions made during your trek. To the extent permitted by Chilean law, our liability is limited to the value of the rental or order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Natales, Chile, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised.
